Information collected

If you arrange an exploratory conversation through the linked Microsoft Bookings service, this may include your name, work email address, organisation, the support you are seeking, your preferred timeframe and any other information you choose to provide. Basic technical information may also be processed by the website hosting provider to deliver and secure the site.

How information is used

Your information is used to respond to enquiries, arrange conversations, assess whether services may be suitable, develop a professional relationship and meet legal or regulatory obligations. The lawful bases are legitimate interests in operating and developing the advisory business, taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract and complying with legal obligations where applicable.

Sharing and service providers

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate communications, scheduling and website hosting, including Microsoft where its Bookings service is used, or where required by law. LinkedIn and Microsoft apply their own privacy terms when you follow an external link to their services.
